Binnen de Mozard Suite is het mogelijk dat mappen en documenten gedistribueerd worden naar jouw cloud-opslagruimte.

Within the Mozard Suite it is possible for folders and documents to be distributed to your cloud storage space.

Het is mogelijk om een cloud-opslagruimte te gebruiken in de volgende gevallen:

Using cloud storage space is possible in the following cases:

• jouw organisatie heeft een FTP distributiecloud beschikbaar gesteld, waarbij een submap is aangemaakt met als naam jouw in Mozard gebruikte inlogcode (in kleine letters)
• bij jouw organisatie is de dropbox APP gekoppeld en je hebt een Dropbox account

• your organisation has made an FTP distribution cloud available, in which a subfolder has been created named after the login code you use in Mozard (in lower case)
• the Dropbox app has been linked at your organisation and you have a Dropbox account

Je kunt de distributiekoppeling aanzetten bij mappen/dossiers waarvoor je minimaal raadpleegrechten hebt.

You can switch the distribution link on at folders/dossiers for which you have at least consultation rights.
